Going to therapy is an act of turning toward ourselves.

My wish is for all of my clients to move toward a more whole, unique version of themselves—a resilient self that is alive and better equipped to respond to life’s challenges.

I specialize in helping clients overcome perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundary setting, unhelpful relationship dynamics, substance abuse, and low self-esteem.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I support clients in their journey of self-discovery and personal growth through a holistic approach that blends Developmental, Existential, and Strengths-based theories. With a background in Visual arts and Psychology from Naropa University and a Master of Social Work from Texas State University, I bring a unique perspective to mental health care as a Licensed Master Social Worker.

In my practice I work to create a supportive environment that emphasizes self-acceptance, personal growth, and clarifying values. I primarily utilize CBT and ACT interventions and am deeply influenced by Rogerian, Interpersonal, and Feminist theories. I am committed to helping clients challenge limiting narratives, discover their inherent strengths, and cultivate a more authentic and resilient sense of self.
