Begin Again
Therapy for releasing the struggle and living free of self-criticism.
Approach
Life can be hard, but we often make it harder by criticizing, attacking, and punishing ourselves. Life’s difficulties are inevitable, but turning on ourselves when we need help the most is not.
My wish is for all of my clients to move beyond the internal struggle and toward a more whole, unique version of themselves—a resilient self that is alive and better equipped to respond to life’s challenges.
About
I specialize in helping clients overcome perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundary setting, unhelpful relationship dynamics, substance abuse, and low self-esteem.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I support clients in their journey of self-discovery and personal growth through a holistic approach that blends Developmental, Existential, and Strengths-based theories. With a background in Visual arts and Psychology from Naropa University and a Master of Social Work from Texas State University, I bring a unique perspective to mental health care as a Licensed Master Social Worker.
In my practice I work to create a supportive environment that emphasizes self-acceptance, personal growth, and clarifying values. I primarily utilize CBT and ACT interventions and am deeply influenced by Rogerian, Interpersonal, and Feminist theories. I am committed to helping clients challenge limiting narratives, discover their inherent strengths, and cultivate a more authentic and resilient sense of self.
